Pumpkin pie (9 inch galette)

Classic pumpkin pie filling wrapped in our all-butter pie crust. Serves six people if they are already full, or three pie enthusiasts who need a snack while they cook a large meal.

For pickup only, at our window in San Jose or farmers market. For best results, order a day ahead.

Ingredients:

• Filling: pumpkin, milk and cream, organic cane sugar, eggs, spices, salt. No cloves!
• Pastry: organic wheat flour, butter, water, salt, egg.
