Flourless Orange Torte

Years ago, a customer gave me a recipe for a flourless orange almond torte. We've been making a small version now and then, but for the month of April, we are making these fancy ones, big enough to serve 6-8 people.  Preorder at least 2 days ahead for pickup at our kitchen window.

Gluten-free and dairy-free

Ingredients: heirloom navel oranges, organic sugar, eggs, almond flour, baking powder.
