Apricot Pie, vegan or butter crust (double crust, 9 inch tin)

Apricot pies, for a limited time! Each big enough for fifteen people who just want a taste, or maybe eight people who are skipping dinner. Vegan or butter crust, you choose, and tell us in the customer notes section when you order.

For scheduled pickup at our unmarked San Jose kitchen (898 Lincoln Ave) or Chromatic Coffee (460 Lincoln Ave). Please order at least one day in advance, and two days would be even better.  No shipping, sorry.


  • Filling: apricots, organic cane sugar, tapioca.
  • Vegan crust: organic wheat flour, coconut oil, water, salt.
  • Butter crust: organic wheat flour, butter, water, salt, egg wash.
